1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Next Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Using Next Labs

You may use Next Labs only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, applicable product policies, and any usage or plan limits displayed in your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Account eligibility and responsibility

You must be legally permitted to use the service and enter into these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining control of your account.

Keep your login credentials, API credentials, passwords, and other access information secure. You should notify support if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

4. Voice consent and authorization

You may upload, clone, process, or generate from a person's voice only when you own the necessary rights or have appropriate permission or authorization to do so.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required for voice samples, recordings, scripts, likeness rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other content submitted through Next Labs.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use Next Labs for fraud, unlawful impersonation, deceptive identity practices, harassment, threats, unauthorized voice cloning, infringement of another person's rights, malware, attacks on the service, attempts to bypass security controls, or other unlawful or abusive activity.

You must not attempt to access accounts, systems, credits, billing features, APIs, data, or infrastructure that you are not authorized to access.

6. User content

You retain responsibility for content that you submit to the service, including scripts, voice samples, recordings, prompts, and other uploaded materials.

You grant Next Labs and its service providers the limited rights necessary to process your content for the purpose of operating, securing, and delivering the services you request.

7. Generated content

You are responsible for reviewing generated audio and other outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, unexpected artifacts, pronunciation issues, or other inaccuracies.

Next Labs does not guarantee that generated output will be identical to a source recording or suitable for every intended purpose.

8. Plans, credits, and usage limits

Features, credits, generation allowances, API access, and other limits may vary by plan. Current plan information is displayed on Next Labs pricing and account pages.

Credits represent platform usage allowances and are not cash, stored value, currency, or transferable financial assets.

9. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy. Subscription access is activated or updated after valid billing information is received and verified by our systems.

Recurring subscriptions may renew according to the billing terms presented during checkout unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. Pricing, taxes, billing intervals, and available plans may vary as shown during checkout.

10. Cancellations and refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility are subject to the terms presented during purchase and the applicable Next Labs Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription does not necessarily create an automatic right to a refund for previously billed amounts.

11. Next Labs intellectual property

The Next Labs name, branding, website design, software, interfaces, documentation, and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, redistributed, reverse engineered, or used beyond the permissions provided by the service and applicable law.

12. Third-party services

Next Labs may depend on third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, payments, voice processing, email delivery, analytics, and other functionality. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

13. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Next Labs reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Availability may be affected by maintenance, security events, internet failures, third-party providers, upstream APIs, rate limits, or other technical conditions.

We may add, remove, modify, limit, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, unauthorized voice cloning, non-payment, attacks on the service, or material violations of these terms or applicable policies.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Next Labs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, specific commercial results, or that generated content will meet every user's requirements.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Next Labs and its service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Your responsibility for claims

You are responsible for your use of Next Labs and for ensuring that submitted content, voice samples, generated outputs, and distribution activities do not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

18. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Next Labs handles information associated with use of the service.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Next Labs changes, introduces new functionality, works with additional providers, or responds to legal and operational requirements. The effective date on this page will be updated when revisions are published.
