NEXT LABS

Terms of Service

Effective: September 10, 2026

1. Using Next Labs

You may use Next Labs only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and any plan limits shown in your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Voice consent and rights

You may upload, clone, or generate from a voice only when you own the necessary rights or have clear permission from the voice owner. You must not use Next Labs to impersonate, defraud, deceive, harass, or violate another person’s rights.

3. Accounts and security

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share passwords, secret keys, or access tokens. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe an account is being abused or compromised.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Features, character allowances, and limits depend on the plan purchased. Subscription status is recognized by Next Labs only after verified billing events are received by our systems.

5. Generated content

You are responsible for reviewing generated audio before publication or distribution. AI-generated outputs may contain errors or unexpected artifacts, and no output is guaranteed to be identical to a source recording.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, rate limits, internet failures, or security events. We may modify features as the product evolves.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, unauthorized voice cloning, attacks on the service, or material violations of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as Next Labs evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
