NEXT LABS

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 10, 2026

Information we process

We may process account information, authentication data, uploaded voice samples, generated text and audio metadata, subscription information, usage records, device and security logs, and support communications needed to provide and secure Next Labs.

How we use information

We use information to provide voice cloning and speech generation, authenticate users, manage plans and credits, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and respond to customer support requests.

Voice data

Voice samples are sensitive user-provided content. Only upload voice data you are authorized to use. Voice samples and generated audio may be processed by infrastructure and model providers strictly as needed to perform requested services.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Next Labs does not need to store full payment card numbers. We receive billing and subscription information required to activate, renew, cancel, or support your plan.

Security

We use server-side secrets, authenticated account sessions, restricted access controls, and verified billing webhooks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their accounts and credentials.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as needed for service delivery, billing, security, legal obligations, and legitimate business operations. Account and data-deletion workflows will be available through account support and product controls as they are activated.

Your choices

You may contact support regarding account access, correction, deletion, billing records, or privacy questions. Some records may need to be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or law.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as Next Labs grows, adds providers, or expands internationally. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
