Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
Next Labs paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
Cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription through the billing management flow when available. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a duplicate charge, or could not reasonably use the service because of a verified technical issue, contact support with your account email and order details. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case and may also be subject to the merchant-of-record terms shown during purchase.
Consumed usage
Because voice generation is a usage-based digital service with real provider costs, refunds may be limited after a substantial portion of purchased credits or plan usage has already been consumed.
Chargebacks
Please contact support first for billing disputes so we can investigate promptly. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account restriction while a dispute is reviewed.
